DESCRIPTION:With over two decades of experience\, I produce professional freestyles. I can select music that suits your horse\, or use your selection’s\, and match the music’s tempo to your horse’s gaits. I can design your custom freestyle at the level of your performance as well as create interesting and judge pleasing choreography. When I say “design\,” I mean I take musical phrases and place them where you will be riding your required movements. Freestyles are not just playing music while the rider does the required movements. The original music will be rearranged so that in matches the movements you will be performing in the 20 x 60 dressage arena. \nAs a rider on my deceased Grand Prix dressage horse’s\, Tierra’s Luna and Larisa\, as well as my current western dressage mare\, I’ll Be a Scarlet Moon\, I have designed\, choreographed\, and ridden championship freestyles at every level myself. I also have over two decades of experience designing professional freestyles for all levels of riders. \nI have many years of instrumental music experience. I have played and performed on the flute\, piano\, guitar\, violin\, bells\, and trumpet. \nBut my real training for freestyles\, though\, has been gained in the competition arena\, in front of audiences and judges. She has loved horses from the very beginning and participated in 4-H with her half-Arabian gelding SB Flame Dancer\, who would later become the first horse she trained to Grand Prix. Since then she has trained multiple horses to FEI\, competed extensively in the Northwest and on the California CDI circuit\, and competed at the USEF Festival of Champions twice on two different self-trained horses: Escorial in 2012 (Intermediare I) and Victor in 2016 (Grand Prix). Although she has worked with many excellent instructors\, Heather credits Ernst Herrmann\, Conrad Schumacher\, and the late Dietrich von Hopffgarten as the biggest influences on her training philosophy. Heather has been training and teaching dressage professionally for over 20 years and has helped many amateur\, junior\, and professional riders achieve their personal goals\, whether sitting the trot correctly to competing at the NAJYRC. She is a talented and positive yet honest instructor with an excellent eye for detail\, a deep interest in continuing education\, and a tremendous amount of experience teaching through FEI. \n$120/ride stabling available for $35/night

DESCRIPTION:We are planning a fabulous Clinic with Nick Onoda! If you don’t know who he is google him… many local trainers take lessons from him when he is in town. And Europe has him scheduled for the next 3 months. Luckily we get him before he leaves! \nAt the beautiful Silvertail Farm\, plan to camp\, bring a tent or there is space in the hay barn (that has concrete floors). See pictures of the facility. Equiloft footing. \nIt will be a jam-packed weekend of horse and dressage!\nI am working with OSU\, Nick Onoda and others to do some presentations!\nMore details to come!\nThere will be fun and games … and …prizes! \n\nJoin Nick Onoda\, an FEI trainer and competitor with over 15 years of experience emphasizing the classical system of dressage. Recently\, Nick worked as head rider under Stefan Wolff at Muenster’s Westfälische Reit-und Fahrschule\, and gave clinics in Europe on classical dressage and sports psychology. \nThe clinic has room for 8! We are striving for the cost to be around $250-300. Which will include meals – however\, we will ask for participants to bring a snacks/drinks to share to help offset costs. \nAuditing is welcome at $20/day $50 for all 3. SUMMARY:Christophe Theallet Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Christophe Theallet is a motivational clinician\, with over 30 years of experience teaching\, riding and coaching dressage at all levels\, up to the Grand Prix. His own journey includes studying\, training and graduating from the high-level French Riding School Cadre Noir de Saumur. He also worked extensively with dressage greats such as Patrick Le Rolland\, who Christophe describes as a true master and elegant rider who taught the fundamental principles of riding. He continued his education with masters including Rudolph Zelinger and Christilot Boylen\, Steffen Peters and competed internationally representing France. \nChristophe moved his training business to Spokane with his wife Marie and clinics regularly in New York\, New Jersey\, Florida\, California\, and Washington. He was also instrumental in our 2016 Olympic Team member’s development and training Kasey Perry\, coaching her for several years. Perry is one of several high-performing students\, he also coached Charlotte Jorst to victory at the 2015 Adequan Global Dressage Festival. Many of his regular students are high performing FEI Professionals and Amateurs\, here in Region 6. \nChristophe cares deeply about the process of dressage training and has the ability to teach many levels of riders. His philosophy is methodical\, based on classical principles and rider goals.
