This program provides a comprehensive foundation in dressage judging principles and is designed for riders\, trainers\, and dedicated dressage enthusiasts who wish to deepen their understanding of the evaluation process. \nThe program will be held over three weekends: \nPart A – March 21-22\, 2026 \nPart B – April 18-19\, 2026 \nPart C – May 9-10\, 2026 \nLocations: \nHoliday Inn Express March 21\, 2026 – 8am-5pm\nHoliday Inn Express March 22\, 2026 in the morning & Silver Tail Farm Creswell\, Oregon in the afternoon \nProgram Overview\nSeries Part 1 focuses on the theoretical components of judging\, including methodology\, scoring standards\, biomechanics\, the training scale\, and evaluation of gaits and movements. This is a great opportunity for horses and riders to gain experience in a supportive environment. \nWe’re inviting riders\, supporters\, and friends to help our youth riders achieve their goals by participating in this special fundraiser event. These young athletes are the future of our sport\, and this is a meaningful opportunity to support their journey to the 2026 North American Youth Championships (NAYC) in Traverse City\, Michigan. \nSilver Tail Farm has generously donated the facility\, with all proceeds from the event going directly toward supporting our youth riders of USDF Region 6 (with only essential costs such as bedding\, stall setup\, and cleaning deducted). \nThere will also be a pizza party and silent auction Saturday evening. \nSo let’s dust off our boots\, step into the ring\, and kick off the show season with a relaxed\, fun\, and supportive league show atmosphere.
