Foundation Mare — Heide Star
Born in May of 2010, Heide Star — more formally, St. Pr.A. S1 Heide Spirit (Zack x Sir Donnerhall) — is a beautiful black-brown Oldenburg mare. A modern type Oldenburg, Heide stands 17 hands. True to her formal name, Heide has an exuberant personality.
Silver Tail Farm imported Heide Star from Germany as a three-year-old. Once settled in, Heide competed successfully in the 2014 and 2015 California show circuits. The Oldenburg Horse Breeders Society, the official North American division of the German Oldenburg Verband, named Heide Star the 2014 All-Breeds Reserve Champion for FEI four-year-olds.
Foal — Sir Primo
Sir Primo (aka, “Primo”), a brown Westphalian gelding. He’s self-assured, level-headed, intelligent, and a dream to train.
In January 2016, Sir Primo moved to Arroyo Del Mar in sunny southern California. Working there with trainer Joseph Newcomb of Joseph Newcomb Equine Services, he began the essential foundation work to prepare him for a rider.
Sir Primo sold in March 2017 to Heidi Zorn and Premier Equestrian, Inc. Learn more about Sir Primo, and his pedigree, on his page.

Cusanu sold to Carolyn Adams of Washington July 6, 2017. Carolyn and Cusanu (now named Bryn) will continue their training with Wendy Meyers.
