$55 per night per stall
First bale is included. Additional bales available at $7.00 per bale.

Arrival & Departure Information:

Regular arrival time is considered to be after 3 p.m. Pacific Time, on the day before the clinic. Regular departure is considered to be on the last day of the clinic. Special arrangements must be made if you are checking in before or departing after those times.

We have limited spaces with electrical and water hook-ups. These spaces are available on a first-come / first-serve basis.

Please call (541) 510-9865 to confirm availability. Confirmation is required to include this item in your registration. In lieu of that confirmation, please select the "Dry Camping" option if you wish to stay overnight at the farm.

Photo Release
I consent to give Silver Tail Farm, LLC unrestricted use of photographs and videos taken at events, clinics, and all photos and videos taken by Silver Tail Farm, LLC and/or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or sponsors, to be used in any new story, article, blogs, website, publication or advertising in any kind, or in any manner, in which above named may decide to use it. This includes alterations or modification of said videos or photographs, including negatives and prints.

Additional Clinic Information

Thank you for your interesting in registering for a Silver Tail Farm sponsored clinic. This packet contains information related to registration, clinic details, conditions of participation as well as hotel information, reminders and general instructions. Please read it carefully. We look forward to having you at the clinic and are committed to making if a memorable learning experience. Please feel free to call, text or email us if you have any questions.

Details:

  • Clinics run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day · Lunch breaks of approximately 45 minutes are taken each day. Lunch is provided for clinic riders.
  • Clinic Arrivals    Normal check in time begins at 3 p.m. the day before the clinic begins. Normal departures are the last day of the clinic. Special arrangements must be made if you expect to arrive BEFORE 3 p.m. the day before the clinic or if you would like to stay an additional night AFTER the clinic.
  • If arriving during the first day of the clinic, please arrive at least 1.5 hours in advance of your scheduled ride to allow time for check-in and to prepare for your ride.

What to Bring:

  • Health Certificate
  • Hay/Grain for horse(s)
  • Buckets for feed and water
  • Tack: saddle, pad, bridle, halter and lead line

As much as we love dogs, we ask that your dogs remain at home

Cancellation Policy:  The clinic will be held “come rain or shine”. In the event that you need to cancel a refund will not be given. However we often have a wait list and/or riders often find a friends who are happy to be replacement riders. If your clinic spot is filled by a replacement rider your fee will be refunded. Please keep in mind that, although we may be able to assist you in finding a replacement, the responsibility for doing so rests with the registered rider.

Please print, review and sign the Silver Tail Farm Warning, Release and Indemnity Agreement to include with your Registration packet.
