Tracy Roenick
Tracy is an FEI trainer and competitor with close to a half a century of experience in classical dressage. Tracy began her Young Rider journey under the watchful eyes of Olympian Dorothy Morkis. Since 1998 to the present, Tracy continues to work closely with her trainers Olympic medalists Debbie McDonald and Steffen Peters.
Tracy’s impact with the Young Rider Program bloomed as she coached her daughter Brandi Roenick and teammates to three consecutive years of team Gold medals at NAYR championships and in 2012 Brandi led the way with triple gold medals on Weltino’s Magic.
Tracy currently operates her boutique training business in San Diego and Wellington Fl. offering her clients and their horses impeccable attention in every level of competition. Tracy prides herself on consistently creating a positive influence between a horse and its rider. Tracy has worked with juniors, amateurs, as well as riders that have competed at some of the world’s largest stages such as Aachen and the US Olympic selection trials.
Tracy and her daughter Brandi, who is currently a stallion rider for the Schockemohle’s Stallion Station, in Germany, are a talented pair importing exceptional young horses for sale to the U.S. and sourcing fantastic horses for their clients.
Tracy loves traveling for clinics where her expertise shines with her keen eye for proper technique as well as a harmonious connection between a horse and rider.
